For property located in Port Isabel, Texas. The total tax percentage is 15%

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if 5 days prior to arrival.

No Pets allowed in the property.

No smoking in the property.

Be respectful of other tenants and owners.

No parties.

No additional guest to exceed maximum occupancy allowed at each property.

No underage drinking is allowed or use of illegal substances.

Community amenities if present at property is only for renters.

Charcoal grills are not allowed.

Please clean up after yourself when using outside areas
